Nurturing faith and
discipleship in Jesus...

We have an ever growing number of ways we encourage, equip and enable people to live the life they were born to live: A life lived close to God, to one another and always looking to join Him as he seeks to bring hope into the world. Below are the key pathways we offer…..

Bubble Groups

In the uncertain COVID world we live in we need to find some new ways of being church.

With larger gatherings prohibited we’re developing crucial smaller units of people called Bubbles. These will be phased in throughout autumn and winter 2020 and will be a key part of strategy going forward. You can download a leaflet which explains all this in more detail below:

The Community of Soul Friends

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion?
Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life.
I’ll show you how to take a real rest.
Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it.
Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.
I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.
Keep company with me
and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.

Jesus, from Matthew 11:28-30 (The Message)

The Community of Soul Friends is a key part of St. David’s. it helps people develop a healthy rhythm of life and offers a ‘Soul Friend’ to share your journey with.

The I-DENTITY Course

I-dentity is a free 6 part online course which you can engage with on your own on with others.

The course explores what it means to be human and how Jesus can help us find peace and purpose.

We’ll explore the things which make us who we are, the importance of community and the fact that God wants you to know him as the perfect parent.

Work through it at your own pace, contact us if you’d like to talk more about anything the course raises for you.

Give it a try… could be the beginning of something new and incredibly life giving….

This is discipleship

To follow Jesus means to be a disciple. A disciple is a learner, a follower or an apprentice.

We’re following Jesus, learning from him and learning to be people of love, hope and equality in the world

We run a website ‘thisisdiscipleship’ which is full of resources to help us on our journey. Click below to find out more.
