Dance Inspired Fitness Class
My class is aimed at the over fiftys and is designed to improve your fitness level by being more flexible, aimed at keeping you fit for everyday life.
The class is 1½ hours and starts with a warm up session which mobilises the joints and warms your inner muscles we then perform a number of prep stretches before the main section of the session.
The middle section uses a variety of themes and physical objectives to improve your wellbeing, working on co-ordination, balance, flexibility, circulation, choreography. Using a variety of dance styles creating a balanced class, finishing with a section of maintenance stretches.
