Be Still

40 minutes of peace and quiet in God's presence.

Be Still is a quiet space for meditation and prayer in a Christian Context. We'll draw from ancient Christian spiritual practices as we gather for a mix of silent meditation and prayer. If you've not explored this way in to prayer before, don't worry - we will guide you.

Come and Join us at 7pm on the third Thursday of each month.

At Be Still, we enter and leave the building in silence. Each Be Still will be explained to newcomers, so don't worry if you don't understand anything when you arrive.

After the end of our time together, we leave in silence. The leaders will hold silence until the last person leaves. There will be someone to talk to at the back of church as you leave.

Be Still

Alone, Empty

Before your God.

Say nothing.

Ask nothing.

Be silent.

Be still.

Let your God look upon you.

That is all.

God knows.

God understands.

God loves you with an enormous love.

God only wants to look upon you

With love.

Quiet.

Still be.

Let your God love you.
